SHIPPING POLICY
All on-hand orders are processed within 1–3 business days unless otherwise stated in the product description.
Once your order has been processed and shipped, tracking information will automatically be sent to the email provided at checkout.

Carrier delays caused by USPS, UPS, international customs processing, weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside of our control are not the responsibility of NuebyNu.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
NuebyNu proudly offers worldwide shipping.
International customers are responsible for:

These charges are determined by your local customs office and are not included in your purchase total at checkout.
Please note that international shipping updates may take additional time to appear in the carrier tracking system.
LOST, STOLEN, OR DELIVERED PACKAGES
Once a package has been transferred to the shipping carrier and marked as delivered, NuebyNu is no longer responsible for the package.
If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located:

Please check with neighbors, household members, mailrooms, or leasing offices first.

Please contact USPS or your shipping carrier directly to file a claim.

We are unable to replace or refund packages that have been confirmed as delivered by the carrier.
REFUND POLICY

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If you receive an item that is damaged or incorrect, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery at:

Normal wear, improper washing, sizing issues, or accidental damage after delivery are not considered manufacturer defects.

By completing a purchase through NuebyNu, you agree to contact us directly regarding any order concerns before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute.
Filing a fraudulent chargeback for:

PRE-ORDER POLICY
